Basic maintenance includes registering one domain (www address), and hosting your site on a reliable server with fast response times and high bandwidth. You get at least one business email account that may be accessed from any Internet PC. For a small additional charge, you can have one or more additional domains and/or email accounts for your site. |

Every business web site needs to be kept current. Maybe you recently added an 800 number, or you just launched a new product. Small, infrequent updates (less than 15 per year) are included with your basic maintenance. Just call us during regular business hours or send us an email. If you need a larger change (update your whole database, add a major feature, etc.) just ask us for an estimate! |

Depending on your wishes and needs, we may send frequent email reports with information about your site. We always send you a monthly summary with important statistics about your site. |

Each month that your site changes, we mail you an updated CD-ROM with your site contents. |
